- Support the validation of key business assumptions through deep, data‑driven analysis and clear interpretation of results
- Develop, operate, and optimize machine learning and optimization models to achieve precise trigger targeting, e.g., churn prediction, next best action (NBA), and price optimization
- Monitor model and trigger performance, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously refine algorithms and workflows
- Automate trigger creation, customer selection, and data processing steps to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Work closely with the Customer Value and Revenue Lead to implement and scale data‑driven CVM strategies
- Align target selection and modeling approaches with business goals, ensuring clear and measurable value contribution
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical/scientific field
- Proficiency in Python and SQL is a must
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, data‑driven decision‑making, optimization techniques, and statistical testing is a must
- Hands‑on experience with big data processing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a must
- Solid understanding of complex data analysis and capability to extract clear business insights
- Proven ability to collaborate with business teams and communicate technical solutions in a clear and practical way
- Strong problem‑solving skills, high sense of ownership, self‑learning ability, and capacity for independent challenge resolution
- Experience in telecommunications or customer value management (CVM) domains is a plus
- Relevant experience in strategy consulting or similar analytical business environments is a plus
- Fluent in English;
German proficiency is an advantage - Team‑oriented mindset and a collaborative working style
