Job Description & How to Apply Below

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is an innovative leader in Customer Experience and Business Process Management with over four decades of providing services. Our customer-obsessed ethos combined with a pioneering approach places digital solutions at the core of our operations. As we navigate the digital era, we strive to revolutionize customer experiences, equipping our clients with a significant competitive advantage.

Are you a senior AWS Engineer who thrives on owning complex cloud environments and resolving high-impact production issues? At HGS, the Senior AWS Engineer is responsible for building, managing and optimising our AWS infrastructure, with a particular focus on Amazon Connect in live production environments. You will act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive improvements across resilience, security, performance and cost efficiency.

This is a hands‑on engineering role. You will operate at senior level, making clear architectural decisions under delivery pressure, supporting public sector and regulated environments, and working closely with internal technology teams to ensure stable, secure and scalable cloud services. Alongside delivery, you will mentor engineers, strengthen documentation and runbooks, and introduce automation to reduce repeat issues and improve operational maturity.
