OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and technically adept Business Analyst to join our clients growing team. This role suits someone who thrives in a modern, Agile delivery environment and is comfortable working across a diverse technology landscape including ERP, CRM, finance systems, APIs, integrations, and bespoke/proprietary platforms.
You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, capturing high‑quality requirements, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business functions. While the role is predominantly remote, you’ll occasionally collaborate on‑site with teams in Norwich and Manchester
.
- Lead requirements elicitation using workshops, interviews, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories
, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts. - Manage and refine backlogs using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Boards
. - Analyse and document current‑state and future‑state business processes.
- Work across a broad technology estate including:
- ERP platforms
- API and system integrations
- Bespoke and proprietary systems
- Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and/or ERP)
- Finance systems and processes
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with strategic goals.
- Support testing activities by defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test scripts, and validating delivered functionality.
- Operate as part of a cross‑functional Agile team, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Champion Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across the team.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear, structured, and accessible way.
- Facilitate decision‑making and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi‑system environments.
- Strong background in ERP
, API
, and integration projects. - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or CRM platforms.
- Exposure to finance systems or finance‑related business processes.
- Demonstrable experience working in Agile teams.
Skilled in writing high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria. - Practical experience using Azure Dev Ops Boards for backlog management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Positive thinker with a can‑do attitude
- Able to hit the ground running with limited guidance direction.
