I am currently working with a high growth DeFi company.
Salary budget very attractive! 100% remote! "Follow the sun" model. Might need to take evening calls sometimes. This is a 100% hands-on individual contributor role. Able to explain what DEX is and if you have used DEX before.
about job- Architect and manage large-scale data pipelines and warehousing solutions to handle complex financial data requirements
- Design and implement robust ETL processes and data models to support high-performance trading systems
- Enhance infrastructure efficiency by developing automated monitoring systems and data quality measures
- Collaborate with engineering and strategic teams to deliver data-driven insights that power organizational decision-making
- Execute high-accuracy analytical solutions and address urgent data needs in a fast-paced environment
- Take end-to-end ownership of data systems within a lean, mission-driven engineering culture.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related high-scale technical role
- Deep technical mastery of the modern data stack, specifically with Snowflake and Airflow/DBT
- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud environments and the design of distributed systems
- Hands-on experience optimizing large-scale data workflows using streaming technologies like Kafka or Kinesis
- Extensive background in data modeling, warehouse architecture, and industry-standard ETL best practices
