The purpose of the Solutions Engineering role is to design, implement, and optimize tailored technical solutions that address complex organizational needs and drive operational efficiency.

• Leading strategic sales engagements, providing expert‑level technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Acting as a subject‑matter expert on AI, UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborating with the Global architecture and Customer Success Engineering teams to drive product enhancements and innovation.
• Contributing to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights.
• Conducting thorough analyses of client requirements to deliver tailored engineering solutions.

• Have experience in technical customer‑facing roles in a UcaaS / CCaaS environment.
• Be highly proficient in all areas related to our products and represent the technical aspects of how we solve customer problems.
• Possess experience in Unified Communications or Contact Center support as a Solutions Engineer.
• Have experience in working within a high‑volume Account environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating APIs or automating workflows effectively to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols and implement security best practices effectively.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note:

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
