Link Graph is seeking a Technical Project Manager focused on Content Automation to revolutionize our content implementation process. You’ll transform how we deliver content across 100+ client websites by building automated systems that replace manual uploads, ensuring zero errors and maximum efficiency. This role is critical to our goal of fully automating content delivery by Q1 2026.

What Your Routine Looks Like Automation Development (50%)
  • Design and implement automated content upload systems for multiple CMS platforms (Word Press, Webflow, Shopify, custom systems)
  • Work with AI-generated content pipeline to ensure seamless publication
  • Create automation using APIs, cloud tools, and custom scripts
  • Build QA processes that guarantee perfect implementation every time
Technical Quality Assurance (30%)
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail – zero tolerance for errors on client sites
  • Ensure content maintains proper UX/design standards when published
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems
  • Create failsafes to prevent any client site issues
Project Management (20%)
  • Coordinate with content team (Paige) and fulfillment team (Yinda) on workflow optimization
  • Document all processes and create training materials
  • Track metrics on automation efficiency and error rates
  • Manage timeline for full automation by January 31, 2026
What You Bring
  • At least 3+ years working with content management systems at a technical level
  • Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experience with API integrations and automation tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail – must catch issues before they reach clients
  • Proven track record of building reliable automated systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple CMS platforms beyond Word Press
  • Background in QA/testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with AI content tools
What Makes This Role Unique

You’ll directly impact how Link Graph serves enterprise clients by eliminating manual work that currently requires 3 full‑time editors. Your automation will free our team to focus on strategy while ensuring perfect execution every time.

Immediate Impact

Your first project will be ensuring enterprise‑level client success – a make‑or‑break account that will define Link Graph’s future. You’ll work directly with our Director of Search to deliver results that create case studies and unlock referrals to other enterprise clients.

  • $17.32 – 28.86 an hour
