Position: Clinical Service Desk Helpdesk Associate (remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound customer calls related to clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
  • Track and document service desk calls and manage incident tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide 24/7 support and resolution for incidents and issues
  • Maintain a quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet for effective communication
  • Lift equipment as needed and ensure readiness for equipment setup
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent technical education and work experience
  • At least 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience in healthcare systems and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Demonstrated service-oriented approach in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
  • Proficient typing and English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong listening skills to effectively understand caller needs
