Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Service Now Architect to define, evolve, and govern enterprise-grade Service Now architecture, translate business requirements into scalable and secure solutions, and support long-term platform strategy
.
This is a remote position, but if the successful candidate is in Ottawa, some occasional hybrid work may be required.
Tasks include:
Serve as Architecture Owner for Service Now business solutions such as TPRM, BCM, Access Management, and core platformDefine and maintain Service Now architectural blueprints and standards (using our internal C4 standard)Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teamsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders on solution designEnsure performance, scalability, and security of the platformDeliverables:
Architecture Documents using C4 standardAlignment on Architecture Decisions according to standardsData models to standardsArchitecture Review Board presentation and documentationRisk AnalysisMust have:
Reliability clearanceService Now platform and architecture experience 10+ yearsExperience with integrations, data management (CSDM), and APIsFamiliarity with cloud environments and modern enterprise ecosystemsAlignment with enterprise architecture and governance practicesStrong understanding of security aspectsSenior-level Service Now architecture experience with certification (CSA, CTA, risk space)
