Zoom is offering a unique UK‑based opportunity for a Senior AI Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our AI platform, including AI Companion and Custom AI Companion. In this role, you’ll partner with sales teams to demonstrate how AI transforms customer workflows, focusing on pre‑sales strategy and internal support across enterprise, government, and commercial sectors.

Through strategic alliances and a deeply customer‑centric approach, they play a critical role in expanding Zoom’s global reach and helping organizations unlock the full potential of AI.
Responsibilities- Driving Adoption & Monetization:
Influence qualified pipeline and bookings for Custom AI Companion and vertical AI products (Sales, HR, etc.). - Crafting persuasive implementation proposals—mapping current processes, designing AI‑augmented flows across Zoom and the customer’s tech stack (i.e. Salesforce/Jira/Service Now) and defining data integration, and governance steps to make them real—using Zoom as the orchestrator and participating in agentic orchestration.
- Partnering with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to spot high‑value AI workflows in IT, CX, Ops, and beyond.
- Running customer workshops, POVs/POCs, and executive sessions that turn interest into committed projects.
- Explaining Zoom’s AI strategy, agentic framework, and RAG‑based search to customers and internal field teams.
- Collaborating on the creation of presentations, industry‑specific guides, and communication materials that emphasize outcomes rather than product attributes.
- Providing structured feedback to Product/Engineering on feature gaps, integration needs, and market signals.
- 2-4+ years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or AI consulting with enterprise customers (approx. 8 years total).
- Have a good understanding of GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI) and how to embed AI in business workflows.
- Have good prompt engineering skills and knowledge. Understanding how different frontier models behave including Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVidia, Meta.
- Market and commercial awareness of AI Knowledge Management systems (i.e. Glean, Amazon
Q, Microsoft, Coveo). - Demonstrate expertise in creating and describing solution architectures integrating APIs, SDKs, and external systems, including MCP and A2A platforms.
- Deliver presentations and facilitate discussions to simplify complex technology concepts for senior business and IT professionals effectively.
- Demonstrate collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams; excel in guiding initiatives through influence effectively.
- Include practical experience in prototyping using tools such as Python and Cursor.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Salesforce, Service Now, Jira, and cloud‑based AI services.
