We’re looking for a Contract Product Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative technology business in the iGaming and Affiliate space. This is a delivery-focused, hands-on product role — ideal for someone who can translate business needs into structured product requirements, maintain sprint readiness, and enable engineering teams to move efficiently.
This is a front-foot, product-led role where you’ll engage directly with stakeholders — including C-suite executives — to scope, refine, and prioritise initiatives.
You won’t be alone: you’ll work alongside supportive teams and experienced engineers, but the focus is on keeping strong product discipline alive throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing- Translating business problems into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Driving backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business
, including C-suite, to align priorities and ensure clarity. - Scoping and breaking down MVPs
, turning high‑level ideas into tactical roadmaps and tangible delivery plans. - Partnering with engineering to take products to market efficiently
, maintaining a product‑led perspective while ensuring execution excellence. - Operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑system environment
, balancing agility with structured product discipline.
- Proven Product Management experience in the iGaming / Affiliate industry
. - Experience delivering through engineering teams
, ideally with API‑driven or internal tooling platforms. - Strong skills in stakeholder management, backlog prioritisation, and product scoping
. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in MVP creation, tactical roadmaps, and product‑to‑market execution
. - Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
