Job Description & How to Apply Below

eCommerce Manager (Shopify Plus) – Bristol

We’re working with a fast‑growing, independent brand to find a hands‑on eCommerce Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to own and grow the digital sales channel of a business that’s already making waves online. You’ll lead on everything from CRM and SEO to PPC and conversion optimisation, working closely with a collaborative team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Their office is in central Bristol, walkable from Temple Meads train station and ideally it's 4 days in the office, one day working from home - potentially negotiable for the right candidate.

This role is exclusive to ADLIB. Any speculative CVs from other recruiters will be forwarded to us for consideration.

What you’ll be doing

As eCommerce Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Shopify Plus platform — managing both front‑end and back‑end operations. You’ll optimise user experience, site navigation and merchandising to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.

You’ll lead digital campaigns across email, search, SEO and PPC, using CRM tools to automate and personalise communications. You’ll be responsible for core KPIs including online revenue growth, AOV, CPA and CRO.

You’ll analyse performance data using GA4, Looker Studio and Hub Spot (or similar), identifying trends and opportunities to improve. You’ll propose and test new initiatives, manage external developers where needed, and ensure the site is always evolving to meet customer needs.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience managing an eCommerce site, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, CRM and email.
  • Confident using GA4, Looker Studio and CRM platforms (e.g. Hub Spot).
  • Commercially minded with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Experience improving UX, CRO and customer journeys.
  • Comfortable managing external partners and working cross‑functionally.
  • Bonus points for experience in food & drink or B2B sectors.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

You’ll join a passionate, close‑knit team in a business that values creativity, ownership and continuous improvement. Expect a competitive salary in the region of £40k-£50k, annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and access to training, development and industry events. This is a role that will define your CV.

What's next?

If you’re an experienced eCommerce Manager with Shopify Plus expertise and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you ASAP!
