Director of Business Development – Bristol Region

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

We are delighted to be working with a leading UK accountancy and advisory firm to recruit a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development for their Bristol office. This is a unique opportunity to shape regional growth strategy and drive commercial success across a dynamic and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and convert new business opportunities across the Bristol region.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead regional sales activity, including events, networking, and alliance development.
  • Collaborate with partners and marketing teams to develop winning proposals and campaigns.
  • Drive commercial behaviours and embed business development best practices across teams.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new services, products, and growth channels.
  • Champion the use of sales tools and data to track performance and inform strategy.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in BD / Sales within professional or Financial Services.

You should have Strong strategic negotiation and relationship management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels across multiple business lines.
