We are looking for someone who excels at creating clever, custom Word Press builds. You should be proficient in PHP, Gutenberg, modern tooling, and dedicated to building secure, fast, and accessible sites. This role requires strong collaboration skills for working with clients, designers, and mentoring other developers.

• Building bespoke Word Press themes and plugins that are polished, performant, and easy to maintain.
• Working with our designers to bring digital experiences to life.
• Leading technical decisions on projects.
• Helping shape our Word Press approach as we grow.
• Supporting other developers through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Working on projects that are purposeful and creatively satisfying.

• Deep experience with Word Press, PHP
  , and modern theme/plugin development.
• A solid grasp of HTML, CSS/Sass, Java Script , and build tools.
• An understanding of accessibility, performance, and best practices.
• Experience working across multiple projects (agency or similar).
• Confidence in discussing ideas with clients and colleagues.
• A collaborative, curious personality.

• Headless Word Press experience
• React knowledge
• CI/CD familiarity
• An eye for UX and user-centred thinking

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
