Kyckr is an innovative and rapidly scaling data and SaaS company, providing business verification services to Financial Crime teams in banks, law firms, payments service providers and other regulated entities. Our solution is a single access point to a live network of over 300 global corporate registries, through which we provide accurate data, integrated with innovative workflow tools. We were recently named a ‘Category Leader for KYC Data Solutions’ by Chartis Research and after a year of record growth, have big plans to expand.
We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate, and methodical Data Product Manager to help shape and grow our global data and API integration capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong analytics background and a developed understanding of how great data products function. You’ll bring a customer-focused mindset, playing a key role in defining, building, and delivering scalable data solutions that support our growth.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Product and jurisdictional data experts, owning key initiatives to turn complex business needs into practical, scalable outcomes.

As Data Product Manager you will:
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion through scalable data solutions
- Design and optimize API, data transforms, and integration patterns for maximum scalability and performance
- Build systems to analyze product adoption, market performance, and business metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Lead the development and maintenance of our developer portal, API documentation, and technical resources
- Design and implement automated data processing, quality assurance, and operational workflows
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build features incrementally using agile methodologies
- Design and implement automated testing strategies for data products and APIs
- Work with engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and technical capabilities to inform product decisions
This is a remote position.
Requirements
- 3 years+ experience in data analytics, product management or software engineering
- Experience with commercial data products or data-driven businesses
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with data manipulation
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, No
SQL) and data warehousing concepts - Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance, user behavior, and business metrics
- Understanding of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
- A passion for building scalable data products and driving business growth
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently on technical initiatives
- A passion for building scalable data products and driving business growth
Desirable
- Master’s degree in computer science, or a related field
- Background in a Financial Crime/KYC-related role
- Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining RESTful APIs and developer tools
- An understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality management
- Experience in a software/data tech startup – seed to Series B level
