Founding AI Engineer – Sales Coaching AI – Remote – up to £130k + Equity

We’re an early-stage startup backed by one of Europe’s most successful fellowships. We’re well-funded, profitable, and building at pace.

Launched in 2023, we’ve already built a fully working voice-based AI system that helps train sales teams in real time with a personalised approach. With just the two founders and one engineer, we’ve onboarded global clients and reached six-figure revenue. Having recently closed our first funding round, we’re now looking for a Founding Engineer to join the team and shape what comes next.

• Early-stage AI startup experience (ideally 0→1)
• At least 3 years developing, training and deploying AI models, including pre-LLM methods such as BERT
• Strong experience with modern LLMs and fine-tuning (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, etc.)
• Bonus: experience with voice AI models or frameworks (VALL-E, Whisper, Wave Net, wav2vec, Deep Speech, Conformer, etc.)

Beyond technical skills, we’re looking for someone with genuine founder DNA – ambitious, curious, and ready to put in the graft that early-stage life demands. You’ll need an obsession with AI, a hunger to learn, and a strong point of view on where things are heading.

• Base salary up to £130k
• Fully remote – work from anywhere (HQ in Germany)
