This role is perfect for a technical solutions expert who thrives on solving complex challenges and empowering clients. You'll serve as a critical technical point of contact, guiding businesses through scaled service delivery and operations. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring clients maximize their advertising efforts on leading digital platforms, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high customer satisfaction, driving technical excellence, and directly impacting the revenue generation of some of the world's largest advertisers.
This is a 12‑months contract, offering up to £40.38 per hour – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time.
What You'll Do:- Become an expert in advanced digital advertising solutions, providing consultative guidance to clients and internal sales teams on best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues arising from client usage of digital advertising platforms.
- Identify and elevate potential bugs to product and engineering teams, driving issues to resolution.
- Deliver a premium customer experience for advertising‑related technical support, ensuring all service level agreements are consistently met.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.
- Engage with large businesses, assisting advertisers and sales teams with complex technical questions related to significant advertising spend on leading digital platforms.
- Manage and resolve a diverse range of technical support tickets, providing expert assistance to internal teams and external clients.
- 5‑7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the digital advertising and/or technology industries.
- In‑depth experience within the AdTech advertisement space, ideally from leading digital platforms.
- Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and ticket escalation, including identifying bugs and driving internal resolution.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to query databases using SQL (non‑advanced proficiency required).
- Knowledge of APIs, including the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with mobile advertising platforms and measurement tools.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts and solutions into clear, understandable language for non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency with advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
- Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew).
