Remote Work: Up to 50% (exact arrangements to be agreed and may change during the assignment)

Assignment Period: 01 Apr 2026 - 01 Apr 2028 (with possible extension up to 01 Apr 2030)

Contract Type: Full-time (100%)

A leading organization in the energy sector is seeking an experienced IT Specialist (Competence Level 3, 5-9 years) to join their IAM team. You will work closely with their internal staff on both operational and development tasks related to Identity and Access Management (IAM). The IAM platform is based on industry-standard solutions and integrates with widely used ticketing and identity systems.

Expansion to add IDP and PAM functionalities is planned for 2027. Two consultants are initially required for this long‑term project.

• Operate and maintain the IAM platform
• Develop new features for operational management and project support
• Onboard applications to the IAM platform
• Manage incoming requests via the ticketing system
• Resolve incidents according to SLA/OLA requirements
• Document solutions and procedures in the knowledge base
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer

• Solid IAM knowledge and hands‑on experience
• Ability to independently develop and manage solutions with market‑leading IAM and identity systems
• Proficiency in Swedish (required)

• End Date: 01 Apr 2028 (with option to extend contract annually up to 2030)
• Office location in Sundbyberg, Stockholm
• 50% remote work available, with flexibility depending on client needs
