Overview

Areti Group is partnering with a high-growth, Series A-backed AI SaaS startup that is quietly redefining how global organisations operate.

This is a first-of-its-kind role in a business that is building an entirely new software category — and scaling fast.

We’re looking for a hands-on Training & Enablement Manager to own learning, onboarding, and enablement across clients, internal teams, partners, and brokers. This is a player-coach role with huge influence, autonomy, and visibility.

📍 Location: UK-based | Fully Remote

🌳 About The Role

As the first Training & Enablement Manager, you’ll build everything from the ground up. You won’t inherit slide decks or processes — you’ll design the frameworks, deliver the training yourself, and create scalable programmes that power growth without founder dependency.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Partnerships to ensure every user — client, partner, or internal — feels confident, capable, and genuinely excited to use the platform.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being in the detail, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to build something that didn’t exist before.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver live, engaging training sessions for clients
  • Coach clients to ensure confident adoption and long-term value
  • Build structured onboarding and education programmes that scale
  • Create a consistent, premium learning experience across all touchpoints
  • Deliver product training to Customer Success and Sales teams
  • Create enablement materials that reinforce learning over time
  • Reduce reliance on ad-hoc knowledge sharing and founder input
  • Design and deliver training for partners and brokers
  • Build playbooks, enablement packs, and tailored learning sessions
  • Ensure partners can confidently represent and support the product
  • Build the full training and enablement framework from scratch
  • Balance live delivery with scalable content and documentation
  • Continuously iterate based on feedback, outcomes, and business needs
What Success Looks Like
  • Clients are confident, self-sufficient, and well-enabled
  • Onboarding feels intentional, consistent, and professional
  • Partners and brokers are fully enabled — not reliant on ad-hoc support
  • Teams no longer depend on founders for day-to-day training
  • Enablement becomes repeatable, scalable, and business-critical
  • Training, enablement, or learning experience in SaaS or tech
  • Experience building programmes from scratch in a startup or scale-up
  • Confident delivering live training to clients and external stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and constant evolution
  • A hands-on operator with structured thinking
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in training and enablement, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Experience building programmes from scratch in a startup or scale-up
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel or operate across multiple locations as needed
