Our user base and tech team are expanding rapidly, we are therefore hiring a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to help us build and scale our platform and support our engineering teams. You’ll have the opportunity to help define our roadmap and find the best technical solutions to help our customers. You will also have time to run some experiments and bring new ideas to the table.

Reporting directly to our Dev Ops Lead, Mate, you will be responsible for:

• Interacting with the engineers to provide infrastructure support
• Managing, monitoring, and scaling our existing services
• Provisioning infrastructure and platform services through Infrastructure‑as‑Code, code reviews and testing

You will be working with Michael (Co‑founder & CTO), along with the Product team and the Engineering team (web developers, SRE, data scientists).

Must‑haves

• 5+ years of experience in public cloud, Kubernetes, Git Ops
• Observability through logs, metrics and tracing
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code, Terraform, Helm
• Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell)
• Experience in tech startups or any similarly agile and fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
• Goal‑oriented, ownership and commitment
• Doer mindset – we are moving fast and need people who can balance execution, planning, and strategy
• Humble – willing to learn, open to feedback
• User‑centricity – you are proud of what you build and you share our obsession for amazing user experience
• #NSFW – you are comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content
