Finance Transformation Consultant
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Altrincham

You will be at the forefront of designing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions across Finance and IT work streams. Success depends on your ability to interface seamlessly between Finance, IT, and functional teams, fostering cohesive collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Process Excellence: Review existing financial processes to identify automation opportunities, eliminate manual tasks, reduce duplication, improve data quality, and enhance solutions.Collaboration: Work with functional teams, including Project Managers and Business Analysts, providing relevant information on project activities and tasks.Documentation: Keep design and business documentation updated and approved.Implementation: Support regional deployment of global standard Finance applications, services, and solutions.Process Design: Understand and support process design, ensuring alignment with other work streams, systems, and functional areas.Deliverables: Ensure build deliverables meet process design specifications and business outcomes.Data Management: Lead planning and resolution of data challenges, including data cleansing requirements.Testing: Define test scenarios, execute testing activities, and engage SMEs as needed.Global Collaboration: Collaborate with an international team across multiple regions.Supportive Environment: Work independently while collaborating with a friendly team.Work-Life Balance: Benefit from flexible hours and remote work options.Travel Opportunities: Attend international trips and events in cities like Lisbon, Houston, Dubai, and New York.Career Growth: Follow a clear development path with guidance and support.Personal Attributes: Bring energy, passion, and a 'can-do' attitude; leverage 5+ years of project management or similar experience; demonstrate expertise in finance and IT work streams; work independently and meet deadlines; possess strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; be adaptable and creative in problem-solving; and preferably have staffing or recruitment experience.NES Fircroft is more than just a recruitment agency – we're a leader in engineering, driven by innovation, growth, and a splash of fun!
