Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant - D365, across CE, F&O, BC & Power Platform

We are currently partnering with a leading organisation seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a forward-thinking business that leverages the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite—including both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE)—to deliver innovative, end-to-end digital solutions. You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team that prides itself on technical excellence and a strong culture of support and innovation.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering bespoke solutions across the Dynamics platform. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure that the Dynamics environment is optimally configured, integrated, and aligned with business objectives.

• Role: Solution Architect (D365)
• Location: Home Based
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver bespoke Dynamics 365 solutions across CE, F&O, and Power Platform
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure optimal configuration, integration, and alignment with business objectives
• Lead technical teams and build in-house capability
• Engage with enterprise-wide initiatives to deliver end-to-end digital solutions

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE and F&O
• Strong background in solution architecture and integration
• Experience working with third-party suppliers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build in-house capability and lead technical teams
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business processes
