Here at JELD-WEN, a global organisation that produces and manufacturers Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for a WFM Technical Lead to join our European team on a fixed term contract or contract/consultancy basis.
This is a remote, home-based role, you could be located in the UK or France, you will ideally be fluent in English and French, and you will have the opportunity to work within a growing cross functional team.
This role centres on leading and supporting implementation, integration, and optimisation of workforce management systems (UKG Pro WFM) across Europe. It involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing system integrations, and delivering customised solutions to meet complex business needs while ensuring seamless integration to business-as-usual (BAU) operations aligned with compliance with organisational and legislative standards.
This role plays a critical part in the seamless operation and continuous improvement of workforce systems, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the European region.

What your impact will be:- Lead the implementation and integration of WFM systems across multiple European countries.
- Act as technical lead for system transitions, including migration from legacy and end-of-life solutions.
- Own and maintain European WFM standards and frameworks, including integrations with tools such as WIM, Boomi, and Analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders and external vendors to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Oversee data management and reporting for 5,000+ employees, delivering dashboards and insights to support decision-making.
- Support system releases, testing, change management, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to ensure stable BAU operations.
- Strong experience with WFM and HRIS solutions (e.g. UKG Pro WFM, Kronos, SAP Success Factors, payroll and T&A).
- Proven expertise in system integrations, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience delivering multi-country implementations with a strong focus on compliance and data integrity.
- Leadership skills to direct on solution and risk management associated with ongoing and further solution management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Relevant experience and/or a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French.
