Role Summary
We are hiring for this role, where the selected candidate will work on digital product initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and driving business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product priorities, manage Agile workflows, and deliver impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring delivery of high-value features
Create clear and actionable user stories, with well-defined acceptance criteria
Work closely with development teams, using Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals
Provide regular progress updates and ensure transparency across teams
Assess and manage relationships with third-party vendors, supporting digital channels
Monitor digital product performance, using analytics, metrics, and customer feedback
Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively
Maintain up-to-date product documentation
Support decision-making by analyzing usage data and performance insights
Foster collaboration across teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
Must-Have Skills
5 to 6 years of experience in product management, product owner, or business analyst roles for digital projects.
Strong experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
.Experience working on Loyalty Programs
.Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
Experience writing detailed user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret usage and performance metrics.
Basic technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Background in the pawn or financial services industry.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
.Strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to empathize with end users.
Experience leading cross-functional teams toward shared product goals.
Exposure to conflict resolution in fast-paced environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Business, Product Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
