Position: IT Coordinator / Business Analyst (English/Portuguese)

The Project

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, supporting project coordination, governance, and delivery. You will work closely with the PMO, IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that projects are well-structured, aligned with business needs, and successfully delivered.

Projects may include datacenter initiatives, hardware and software implementations, and multi-site deployments, requiring strong organization, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, monitoring, and control of IT projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and objectives are met.
  • Act as a communication point between stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business areas.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, validating scope and ensuring alignment across all involved areas.
  • Support project governance in partnership with the PMO, ensuring compliance with processes and best practices.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing mitigation actions when necessary.
  • Support vendors in execution, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to prioritization and execution strategies in project planning.
  • Apply an Agile mindset, supporting Scrum and other agile practices when applicable.
  • Conduct post-project or post-demand analysis, capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help connect business needs to technical solutions, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in IT project coordination, project management, or business analysis roles.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, governance, and PMO-aligned processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and learning.
  • Basic experience with vendor interaction or support is a plus.

About the Role

  • Primary location:
    Toronto, Canada (East York)
  • Work model:
    Hybrid (2–3 days on site)
