2nd/3rd Line Support Consultant – Fully Remote – £45,000 – Planned Progression to Functional Consultancy
Pearson Carter are currently recruiting a D365 BC Support Consultant for a highly reputable MS Gold Partner on a fully remote basis. They are award winning for their culture and have fantastic learning and development opportunities to progress to a functional consultant in the future. This ambition is reflected by a competitive starting salary.
Responsibilities- Deliver great customer service and technical support to customers.
- Deliver high level 2nd line support.
- Work on Small ISV Projects from a functional standpoint.
- Collaborate with 3rd Line Support/Development Teams.
- Experience delivering high quality 2nd line support essential
- You must have an MS partner background
- A salary of upto £45k is available
