Our client, a growing UK technology consultancy, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Alliance Manager to lead and expand their strategic partnership across the full Microsoft ecosystem. This is a fully remote contract opportunity operating outside IR35
.

Microsoft Alliance Manager The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role responsible for strengthening Microsoft alignment, accelerating joint go-to-market activity, and driving measurable revenue growth through co-sell engagement.

The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our client and Microsoft, building trusted relationships across Partner Development Managers (PDMs), field sellers, industry leads, and solution specialists.

Microsoft Alliance Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Microsoft alliance strategy aligned to commercial objectives
  • Build and nurture senior relationships across the UK Microsoft ecosystem
  • Drive co-sell activity and joint pipeline development
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across Microsoft solution areas
  • Lead joint business planning and quarterly reviews
  • Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to maximise partner impact
  • Ensure alignment with Microsoft partner programs, designations, and incentives
Microsoft Alliance Manager Required Experience
  • Proven track record managing a Microsoft partnership within a consultancy, systems integrator, or MSP
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
  • Modern Work (M365 & Security)
  • Business Applications (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform)
  • Data & AI
  • Experience activating co-sell motions and engaging Microsoft field teams
  • Commercially driven with demonstrable revenue impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Established Microsoft field relationships within the UK
  • Experience with Solutions Partner designations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft funding programs and incentives

    Fully remote (UK-based candidates only)
  • Initial contract with strong extension potential
