Role OverviewWe are seeking an elite Digital Account Team Lead to spearhead our account management department. This is a pivotal senior role. You will personally manage a portfolio of our most strategic high‑value clients while simultaneously leading, mentoring, and elevating our Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities- Mentorship: Lead, manage, and inspire the Account Management team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Training & Standardisation: Design and deliver internal training sessions on best practices (SEO, PPC, Client Communication). You will ensure the whole team is up‑to‑speed on the latest "Digital 360" strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee team workflows, ensuring quality control on client reporting and campaign delivery across the department.
- Client Stewardship: Serve as the lead point of contact for our Tier‑1 accounts. You will build high‑trust relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long‑term retention.
- Holistic Digital Strategy (Digital 360): You will be the architect of multi‑channel strategies, seamlessly integrating SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Digital PR to drive unified brand growth for clients.
- Crisis Management: Act as the senior escalation point for complex client queries, resolving issues with commercial awareness and grace.
- PPC & Paid Social Excellence: personally craft and optimise advanced campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In), setting the benchmark for ROAS and detailed technical execution.
- SEO Mastery: Lead by example in technical SEO audits, content strategy, and link‑building initiatives to secure organic dominance for clients.
- Holistic Integration (Email, PR & Social): You understand that SEO and PPC don't live in a vacuum. You will integrate Email Marketing automation
