We’re looking for a Publisher Partnerships Manager to join our team in London and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seed taggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising.
Your Challenge
As a Publisher Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Seedtag's publisher network within the UK market. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new publisher partnerships, positioning Seedtag as the premier monetisation partner, and collaborating closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of the UK publishing ecosystem.
Publisher Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new publishers to grow our UK partner network, harnessing existing contacts within the marketplace.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with premium publishers.
- Position Seedtag as the leading monetisation partner in the UK market, championing our cookieless advertising technology.
- Grow and strengthen the UK supply network, driving significant revenue growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, finance) to craft solutions tailored to the Australian market’s unique needs.
- Represent Seedtag at industry events and meetings to position our value proposition.
- Work closely with sales, product, and finance teams to develop market-specific publisher strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success of publisher integrations.
- Deliver publisher insights and feedback to inform internal product and commercial strategies.
- Assist internal teams in optimising yield and maximising value for both Seedtag and publishers.
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years in digital advertising, working specifically on onboarding publishers, with a focus on programmatic advertising, with existing contacts. Experience of other European countries outside of the top 5 could also be useful. - Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the UK publishing and AdTech landscape, including current trends in digital monetisation and programmatic technologies. - Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset. - Language:
Fluency in English. - Mindset:
