• Fully remote working within the UK
• Salary range of £60–70k
• Core working hours of 9:00–5:30pm with a 4:00pm finish on Fridays
• Strong emphasis on learning, development, and continuous improvement
• Regular social meet-ups and team catch-ups
• Ongoing one-to-ones and close collaboration with the CTO

You’ll act as the technical bridge between clients and the engineering team, translating requirements into clear, deliverable technical solutions. A key part of the role is working closely with clients to understand their needs, guide technical decisions, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Alongside client engagement, you’ll lead a team of software engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support. While this is primarily a leadership role, you’ll remain hands-on when needed, contributing code and helping to solve complex technical challenges.

• Proven background in hands-on software development
• Experience leading or mentoring software engineers
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering requirements and shaping technical solutions
• Confidence speaking directly with clients and leading technical discussions
• Broad understanding of modern web technologies and architectures
• Comfortable remaining hands-on with code when required

• Background working in agency or multi-project environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and calm decision-making under pressure
