As a Cyber Security Consultant, your role involves simulating attacks to uncover and report security vulnerabilities. Demonstrating the ability to proactively take charge, swiftly adapt to new challenges, and navigate high-pressure scenarios is essential.

• Current SC Security Clearance:
  Must hold current SC (Security Check) clearance due to the nature of the work involving sensitive information.
• CTL/CSTL and CRT (preferred) or QTSM:
  Possession of CTL (CHECK Team Leader) or CSTL (CHECK Team Member) qualifications is mandatory. CRT (CREST Registered Tester) or QTSM (Qualified Security Team Member) certifications are preferred.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, demonstrating a strong foundation in information security practices.
• Knowledge of Industry Standard Tools:
  Familiarity with a range of industry-standard tools, both commercial and open source, for conducting penetration testing and security assessments.
• Linux and Virtualization
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in a preferred flavor of Linux and a strong understanding of virtualization platforms.
• Technical Diagnostic
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrated technical diagnostic skills, showcasing the ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities effectively.
• Attention to Detail and Quality:
  Keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough and high‑quality work in penetration testing and reporting.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying findings, writing reports, and presenting to clients.
• Time Management:
  Strong time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a high‑pressure environment.
