Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Business Growth Partner based in Bengaluru ORR/Belandur, with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Business Growth Partner will play a key role in driving business development by identifying opportunities in IT Services and Staffing, fostering client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives. Daily responsibilities include market research, preparing proposals, contributing to partnership development, analyzing potential growth prospects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
Strong connect and understanding of IT Industry, analytical and research skills, with the ability to evaluate IT market trends and identify growth opportunities
Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in business strategy, growth planning, and relationship management
Knowledge of the IT captive and financial services industry or experience working within the GCC sector is an advantage
Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, balancing office presence and remote work efficiently
Proficiency in relevant tools and technology platforms to support business strategies and analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
