Role Description

This is a full-time, mostly work-from-home and partially off-site role based in Mumbai, India. As a Startup Transformation Intern, you will support research, analysis, system-building, and strategy design for startup founders and their ventures. You will collaborate on operational systems, founder journeys, and strategic communication initiatives that enable measurable growth and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market, industry, and signal research
Support development of operational and strategic systems
Contribute to founder transformation initiatives
(Preferred but optional) Vibe-coding, learning and implementing coding if not yet a coder
Assist the founder in every way possible and certain
Develop an Iconic Champions Brand Story, Strategize it and Message it
Develop content and narrative strategies
Work with AI tools, agents, and automation systems
Learn and support end-to-end startup building

Compensation Structure

ESOP eligibility after 4–6 months based on performance
Stipend tied to outcomes, contribution, and commitment
Default structure is a 4–6 month learning-focused internship

Who Should NOT Apply

If you are not based in Mumbai or not from Mumbai OR are not going to stay in Mumbai for more than 6 months, kindly do NOT apply.
If you are not looking forward to staying back after 6 months, kindly inform if you are exceptional (exceptions made for the right applicant) or not apply  your primary goal is short-term stipend over long-term capability building, this role is unlikely to be a fit.

Additional Notes

Degrees, gender, age, and years of experience are not barriers for the right candidate
Practical exposure and real startup experience are prioritized
Training and support are provided in-house
Interns may work with AI systems, coding, and design as needed
