In order to be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have the following skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in selling software to ENTERPRISE IT teams via Outbound methods, closing $50,000+ deals.

• Experience in selling in the areas of ITOps, Infrastructure and Incident management & Dev Ops etc.

• Has strong network with IT leaders in enterprises.

• Has a strong drive for results with a ‘make it happen’ attitude and ability to collaborate and influence in a "Win as a team" environment.

• Understand Alert Ops competition and effectively position solutions against them to exceed customer needs.

• Develop and manage quota-based, accurately forecasted quarterly and annual sales plans

• Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

• The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment.

• A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth.

• A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel when needed.
