Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, client-facing Project Manager who can confidently manage both website delivery and CRM implementation projects within the Hub Spot ecosystem.
This role ensures that client conversations are clearly understood, that project progress is smooth, and that all stakeholders remain aligned. You will act as the primary bridge between clients and delivery teams during US EST working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Website Project Management - Hub Spot CMS and Migrations
Manage website builds on Hub Spot Content Hub
Oversee website migrations from Word Press and similar CMS platforms
Coordinate designers, developers, and Hub Spot specialists
Understand templates, themes, modules, redirects, and go-live processes
Translate client requirements into actionable tasks
Track timelines, dependencies, approvals, and launches
CRM and Hub Spot Implementation Management
Manage Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub initiatives
Understand CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and associations
Coordinate workflows, automation, and lifecycle logic
Support reporting, dashboards, and data discussions
Connect CRM requirements with website behaviour
Client Communication and Meeting Leadership
Lead and participate in client meetings during US EST hours
Clearly communicate goals, next steps, and updates
Summarise meetings into documented action items
Act as a reliable point of contact
Ensure clients feel informed and confident
Project Management Tools and Execution
Work within Click Up, Rocketlane, Everhour, or similar tools
Maintain accurate task statuses and timelines
Acknowledge comments and queries promptly
Use assignments, mentions, and documentation effectively
Keep communication visible and structured
Ownership, Follow-ups, and Coordination
Track dependencies across teams
Proactively follow up with stakeholders
Identify risks early
Drive delivery with accountability
Required Experience and Skills
Core Requirements
5-10 years of project management experience
Experience managing CMS-based website projects
Exposure to Hub Spot or CRM implementations
Strong English communication skills
Experience working with US-based clients
Availability for US EST hours
Preferred Experience
Hands-on Hub Spot experience
Hub Spot CMS or Content Hub exposure
Agency, Hub Spot Partner, or CRM consultancy background
Understanding of website and CRM integrations
