Responsibilities
Act as an onshore consultant, working on functional/technical work streams for assigned accounts
Collaborate with the Global Delivery Center team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as necessary
Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business process maintenance, and security administration
Drive continual business process improvements and ensure project deliverables are met on time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM configuration experience in client-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certification
Experience in handling managed services within a global delivery model
Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer problems
