About the Role
We're seeking a skilled IT Modern Workplace Engineer  to join our IT managed services team. You'll provide comprehensive technical support across hybrid environments for multiple clients, managing infrastructure, cloud platforms, and day-to-day end-user support.

Working from your home office, you will manage:
✅  On-Premises:  Edge firewall, S2S/Client VPN, LAN/VLAN, wireless controllers, Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP), Hyper-V, File/Print services, Backup/DR.
✅  Microsoft Azure:  Entra , MFA, Intune (MDM/MAM), Azure VMs, Azure Backup.
✅  Microsoft 365:  Admin, user management, optimization.
✅  Security:  Maintain security compliance, monitor EDR alerts, and respond to security incidents.
✅  Endpoint:  Troubleshoot desktop/laptop, mobile devices, email, and application problems.
✅ Own L1/L2 support end-to-end: triage → troubleshoot → resolve → document (L3 escalation only when needed).
✅ Protect SLAs with discipline:  ≥98% monthly compliance  (Response:  ✅ Communicate clearly: calm, jargon-free incident updates + expectation management.
✅ Build reusable runbooks/knowledge base: every meaningful resolution documented.
