We’re looking for a Digital Specialist to join our multi-award-winning agency, working on some of the most cutting‑edge commerce programs.
As part of the Solutions team, you will be a creative problem solver who applies your expertise to support complex projects. Involved in working with our e‑commerce clients to help elicit and define their requirements, understand project needs, and then assist in developing and explaining solutions both conceptually and technically to both the client and our production teams.
This position may involve occasional travel to meet and spend time with our global clients.
This role reports directly to the Senior Digital Specialist and will work closely with the leadership team.
Working ArrangementsThis is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the UK. We operate with flexible working hours, though we ask for availability during core hours of 9:30am‑3pm GMT for team collaboration.
While we're fully remote, we bring the team together quarterly for in‑person strategy sessions and team building.
Responsibilities- Supporting the management of the scope of e‑commerce projects and timescales alongside the project management team, working collaboratively with clients and third‑party vendors to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Assisting in discovery sessions to map out the current architecture and understand the client’s business requirements and potential challenges.
- Working alongside the sales team to contribute to RFP responses and new business proposals.
- Communicating timescales and deliverables to solutions and developer teams.
- Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with third‑party vendors.
- Assisting in ensuring delivery and goals are being met by liaising with the sales and project management team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Helping to manage expectations on what is technically feasible and contributing to finding solutions for outstanding and new problems.
- Assisting in diagnosing and identifying aspects of a project or process that can be enhanced or achieved more effectively.
- Contributing to discovering new ways to solve or enhance ‘items’ identified for improvement. Helping to develop proofs of concept for proposed solutions.
- Interpreting and analysing data using analytics tools to report on client site performance and where improvements can be made.
- Presenting ideas and solutions in a clear, organised, and easy‑to‑understand manner both orally and in writing for non‑technical and technical audiences.
- Helping to answer any questions Accounts or Clients may have about a project. Able to explain technical terminology to non‑digital stakeholders.
