Derby Digital is a small but fast-growing U.S.

-based digital marketing & software agency
working with service businesses, brands, and agency partners across the United States. We specialize in performance marketing, custom Word Press development, and marketing systems that actually drive revenue.

We are specifically targeting candidates in Indonesia because our current designer is based there and has been exceptional—hard-working, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. We are looking to expand that same level of talent on our marketing team.

About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant to work directly with the CEO
. This is not an entry-level role
.

You must have:

  • Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • A real portfolio showing ad performance and results
  • Examples of beautiful, custom Word Press websites you’ve built or worked on

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Create custom-designed Word Press websites (not templates only)
  • Assist with Go High Level (funnels, CRM, automations, admin tasks)
  • Marketing research, competitor analysis, and reporting
  • General administrative support as needed (lead entry, documentation, coordination)
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
  • Track record running Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Portfolio with Ad results (ROAS, CPL, CPA, conversions, etc.)
  • High-quality Word Press designs
  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. EST hours
  • Experience working independently and delivering results without micromanagement
Required Skills
  • Google Ads Manager
  • Word Press (custom layouts, page builders, styling, responsiveness)
  • Marketing research & reporting
  • Basic admin and organizational skills
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
  • Go High Level  expertise
  • Advanced Word Press development
  • Video editing or creative ad support
Compensation
  • Competitive monthly salary (based on experience)
  • Performance-based raises and bonuses
