Internship Description
We are a senior-led recruitment firm working with bilingual (English and Japanese) tech talent in Japan. We're opening limited Intern slots for someone who wants real ownership in end-to-end, relationship-driven hiring (structured work). This is hands-on exposure to high-trust recruiting, with direct mentorship by IIT/ISB Alumni.

Duration:
Six Months  (PPO after successful completion)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Mapping bilingual Japan-based tech professionals using Linked In and structured search techniques.
Supporting backend sourcing and early-stage screening
Maintaining disciplined CRM records (role, domain, location, language signal, status)
Coordinating interviews and professional follow-ups aligned with Japanese business etiquette
Building an early premium Linked In network in the Japanese tech ecosystem

Best Fit:

Strong English communication skills.
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Interested in building a long-term path in HR or global recruitment
Career restart candidates welcome

Good to have: (Not Mandatory)

Interest in the Japanese language.
JLPT N3/N2/N1 or conversational Japanese proficiency.

Timings:
Fixed working hours 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM (IST) - Remote
