Senior Quant Trader – High Frequency Trading (HFT)

Proprietary Trading Firm | Fully Remote

A leading proprietary trading firm is seeking a Senior Quant Trader to join its high-frequency trading business. The role can be fully remote and offers significant autonomy within a technology-driven trading environment.

This position is suited to an experienced HFT trader with a demonstrable track record of developing and running profitable low-latency strategies. The successful candidate will have direct impact on strategy design, optimisation, and live trading performance.

• Develop, deploy, and manage high-frequency trading strategies across electronic markets
• Optimise signal generation, execution logic, and latency-sensitive components
• Monitor live trading performance and implement real-time improvements
• Collaborate with technology teams on infrastructure, connectivity, and performance tuning
  
  Identify new opportunities across venues, products, and microstructure regimes

• Proven track record in high-frequency or ultra-low-latency trading
• Strong quantitative background with deep understanding of market microstructure
• Excellent programming skills (C++ and/or Python; low-latency systems experience preferred)
• Experience working with tick-level data and real-time execution systems
• Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
