Ein führendes Unternehmen in der IT-Branche sucht einen Scrum Master in Bern. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die korrekte Anwendung der Scrum-Methodik im SAFe-Umfeld und fördern die Selbstorganisation von Scrum-Teams. Die
Aufgaben umfassen das Organisieren von Scrum-Zeremonien, Coaching der Teams und Optimierung der Projektmethodik. Eine Erfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren als Scrum Master wird vorausgesetzt. Es wird ein Pensum von 80-100 % angeboten, mit der Möglichkeit auf bis zu 50 % Remote-Arbeit.
