- Apply and execute various Application Managed Services (AMS) methodologies in Workday engagements
- Collaborate with the Global Delivery Center (GDC) team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
- Maintain the Workday platform, focusing on reporting, business process maintenance, and security administration
- Drive continual business process improvements throughout the organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM configuration experience in client-facing roles within a global delivery model
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents and provide best practice suggestions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer problems
- Workday certification is preferred
- Experience in managed services in a global delivery model
