Product Lead; Crypto​/DeFi

This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class product in the fast-growing crypto and DeFi space. You will oversee the end-to-end product execution, from defining features and UX flows to shipping and monitoring performance, working closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership. The role demands a strategic, technical, and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and customer trust.

You will tackle complex edge cases, optimize workflows, and reduce discrepancies while ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. Collaboration is key, as you will coordinate across teams and manage priorities to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes. This position is ideal for someone passionate about crypto, data-driven product management, and building solutions with global impact.

• Lead end-to-end product execution, defining features, requirements, and UX flows while ensuring high standards of correctness and maintainability.
• Manage the Kanban flow: prioritize tasks, unblock work, and drive day-to-day delivery with engineering teams.
• Translate complex user problems and edge cases into clear requirements and practical UX solutions, with simple wireframes when needed.
• Partner with engineering to reduce data discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement fixes for accurate, reliable product outputs.
• Participate in operational and incident response when necessary, maintaining product reliability and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align product priorities with business goals, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a high bar for quality, accuracy, and long-term product scalability in a data-heavy, fast-moving environment.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Lead, Engineering Lead, or SaaS Founder, with evidence of delivering successful products.
• Strong knowledge of crypto trading and DeFi protocols (LPs, bridges, Jupiter, Meteora, Uniswap, on-chain swaps).
• Technical product mindset, capable of reasoning about APIs, data flows, ingestion/transformation, and failure modes.
• Experience with complex financial data analysis and reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Ability to translate pain points into simple UX improvements and actionable requirements.
• Track record of shipping products from 0→1 and running product execution with development teams.
• High attention to detail, bias toward correctness, and comfort making strategic decisions in a remote-first, async environment.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with SQL, data-heavy ingestion pipelines, or reconciliation systems.
