Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CCM Developer at Bel Wo, based in Gurugram with some flexibility for remote work. The CCM Developer will design, develop, and manage Customer Communications Management solutions. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining CCM applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and ensuring that solutions align with clients' specifications. Additionally, the role entails troubleshooting and optimizing existing solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in CCM tools, development platforms, and technologies such as Quadient Inspire (GMC), Open Text ExStream, or other similar platforms.
- Experience in software development, including Java, C#, or other programming languages. Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of databases, including SQL and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of document composition, generation, and multi-channel output (print, email, SMS, web).
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to debug and optimize existing applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with global teams.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
