Salesforce Field Service (FSL) QA

Skillz Revo Talent is hiring for one of our premium clients for the position of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) QA.
If you have strong experience in Salesforce Testing, Field Service workflows, Service Cloud QA, Mobile Testing, Automation Testing, and Agile environments, this is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale implementations.
Work Schedule:
- In-Office (Mon–Thu): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
- Work From Home (Friday): 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual & automated test plans for Salesforce Field Service implementations, configurations, and integrations
- Validate field service workflows, dispatch logic, service appointments, and mobile technician journeys
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts
- Perform Regression Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT support
- Identify and track defects using Jira / Azure Dev Ops / Test Rail
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices & release cycles
- Support test data management & environment validation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of QA / Software Testing experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on testing in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, workflows, validation rules & automation
- Experience in Mobile Testing (iOS/Android) for Field Service use cases
- Familiarity with Defect Tracking & Test Management Tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
