About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable PMO Lead to join the Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) PMO team. This role supports multiple client engagements with increasing demand. The PMO function operates across ten core processes including financial management, planning, reporting, resource capacity management, change control, RAIDE management, governance support, communication, induction, and PMO administration.
Hybrid WorkingThe places you work will vary depending on your role, your needs, and those of the business. You will work from company offices, client sites, and home, but cannot work from home 100% of the time.

Responsibilities- Providing back office support across Service Introduction, Planning, Resource Management, and Account Communications.
- Maintaining organisation charts, knowledge repositories, and service manuals.
- Supporting governance reporting, project financials, and other assigned PMO activities.
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Teams; MS Project.
SharePoint.
Your Skills and Experience- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with some financial experience.
- Self‑motivated with experience in PMO roles supporting large programmes.
- Strong communication skills, particularly when explaining complex issues.
- Team management experience and familiarity with client‑facing environments.
- Experience with project financials.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power BI).
- SharePoint experience.
