We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analyst to join our Digital Team, reporting directly into our CIO. This role will lead the analysis of e-commerce performance and customer behaviour to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and inform marketing, merchandising, and product decisions.

- Business acumen and customer-centric thinking.
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple stakeholders, and work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative experimentation.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, CLV, retention, churn) across all digital channels.
- Build and automate dashboards and reports using BI tools and SQL to deliver timely performance insights.
- Conduct advanced analyses (cohort, funnel, segmentation, RFM, LTV) to identify high‑value customers and growth opportunities.
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and personalization experiments, turning results into actionable recommendations.
- Lead customer journey and voice‑of‑customer analysis to uncover pain points and drive improvements across teams.
- Manage customer data and segmentation (Bloomreach), ensure data quality and tracking accuracy, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- 2–5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital analytics, or customer analytics.
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytics/BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Experience with web/mobile analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and use of conversion analysis tools – Content Square; and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce and Shopify).
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics, cohort analysis, retention, lifetime value, and attribution concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into business recommendation.
- Experience in retail, DTC, marketplaces or omnichannel environments - preferred.
- Knowledge of CDPs, CRM and marketing automation (Bloomreach) - preferred.
- Blended working – spreading your time across our office and remote working.
