About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate high-quality leads and help build a repeatable, scalable SDR function. In this highly visible role, you'll have the autonomy to shape processes, tools, and outreach strategies while staying close to the action as an individual contributor. Insightly, our CRM platform, empowers growing teams to unify sales, marketing, and delivery. You'll play a key role in expanding Insightly's reach, helping more teams streamline these critical functions as they grow.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own outbound prospecting—researching, targeting, and engaging with ideal-fit accounts through email, phone, and Linked In.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively using a qualification-based sales methodology to support a strong handoff to Account Executives.
  • Personalize outreach at scale using tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator.
  • Craft messaging that aligns to vertical pain points and persona priorities across consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing.
  • Hit monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and contact engagement rates.
A Little Bit About You
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SDR or BDR roles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets in a sales-assisted or outbound-led growth model.
  • A strong communicator, coachable and confident leading by example.
  • Experience with CRM (Insightly, Salesforce, Hub Spot, Pipedrive, Zoho) and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel GTM metrics, and ability to track/report KPIs.
  • Bonus:
    Prior experience working in a startup or helping stand up new GTM functions.

    Experience mentoring or coaching peers.

Compensation

Our compensation bands are designed to reflect how people grow in their roles. Each level includes three stages:
Developing, Proficient and Expert, which represent increasing capability, independence and impact over time. The compensation range for this role reflects the Developing stage of our compensation band for this job level (P2). For US candidates the projected range is $75,000 – $85,000 USD OTE ($45,000 – $50,000 base + $30,000 – $35,000 variable). For Canadian candidates the projected range is $65,000 – $75,000 CAD OTE ($40,000 – $45,000 base + $25,000 – $30,000 variable).
