Since medical cannabis was legalised in the UK in 2018, Cantourage UK has been building the infrastructure that makes this industry work - safely, compliantly and at scale.

We operate across two deeply interconnected worlds:

• A regulated tele-health clinic, delivering high-quality patient care
• A licensed pharmaceutical supply operation, powering the wider ecosystem

Together, they form a complex, high-trust system where clinical integrity, operational excellence and smart technology must work in lockstep.

With a strong foundation in place and ambitious growth ahead, we’re now looking for a Head of Product to shape how our digital platforms, data and AI capabilities unlock the next phase of scale for patients, clinicians and partners alike.

You will own the product vision, strategy and execution across Cantourage UK and Cantourage Clinic.

This is not a feature-factory role. It’s about building intelligent, compliant and scalable digital products in a regulated healthcare environment, balancing clinical rigour with commercial impact.

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll set the product north star, define the roadmap, and lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, clinical, operations and commercial teams. You’ll turn insight into action, data into decisions, and complex workflows into elegant, trusted tools.

In short: you’ll make product a strategic growth lever, not just a delivery function.

Product Vision, Strategy & Alignment

• Define and embed a clear product vision aligned to both clinical outcomes and commercial scale
• Translate business strategy into a focused, prioritised product roadmap that leadership actually believes in
• Establish product as a central decision-making function across clinic, ops, engineering and leadership

User-Centric, Data-Led Product Excellence

• Champion patient, clinician and partner needs through rigorous discovery and user-centred design
• Embed data-informed decision-making across the product lifecycle, from concept to iteration
• Establish and track core product KPIs (engagement, retention, satisfaction), reporting insights directly to leadership

End-to-End Product Ownership

• Oversee the full product lifecycle across all platforms from ideation, build, launch to optimisation
• Introduce disciplined product rituals, prioritisation frameworks and delivery standards
• Ensure every product shipped meets the highest bar for quality, compliance and usability

Platform & Ecosystem Innovation

• Partner with leadership to design scalable digital pathways that strengthen the wider Cantourage ecosystem

AI, Automation & Scalable Intelligence

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency, compliance validation and data analysis
• Turn complexity into clarity through smart systems, not manual workarounds

• 8+ years' experience in product management, with at least 4 years at Head of / Lead / Director level
• Proven experience owning product strategy and delivery in complex, regulated or high-trust environments
• Strong track record building and scaling digital platforms with multiple user groups
• Deep understanding of product discovery, delivery & lifecycle management
• Confidence working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, clinical and commercial teams
• Data-literate; comfortable defining KPIs, interrogating insights and using evidence to guide decisions
• Calm, decisive leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels

• Experience in healthtech, digital health, pharma, medtech or regulated marketplaces
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to real operational problems
• Experience scaling product functions in startup or scaleup environments
