Remote Business Consultant; Senior

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business System Consultant. In this critical role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our diverse portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive support and solutions in optimizing their use of Net Suite. You will tackle complex issues, enhance system configurations, and ensure our clients derive continual value from their implementations.

Your expertise will guide clients through crucial enhancements and foster strong relationships, all while maintaining compliance and high-quality standards.

• Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned clients, providing ongoing support across Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, or other applicable modules.
• Manage and prioritize a queue of support requests, enhancement needs, and small-scale projects.
• Conduct regular system reviews and recommend optimization opportunities aligned with client business goals.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Design, configure, and deploy Net Suite enhancements including workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and custom records.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom scripts, integrations, and complex solution design.
• Execute small-to-medium-sized projects, such as module rollouts, new subsidiaries, customizations, or process redesigns.
• Build strong, proactive relationships with client stakeholders and serve as their go-to Net Suite advisor.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews to provide insights, roadmap recommendations, and value-driven updates.
• Clearly communicate timelines, risks, and requirements to clients and internal teams.

• 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite consulting experience, including configuration and solution design.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following process areas:
  Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory & Fulfillment, Projects/Suite Projects, Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success supporting Net Suite clients in a Managed Services, Optimization, or Continuous Improvement environment.
• Experience managing multiple clients and work streams simultaneously.
• Multilingual
  - Spanish and English-C1.
• Deep understanding of Net Suite configuration tools (workflows, saved searches, KPIs, forms, roles, dashboards).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic advisory work with hands‑on configuration and support tasks.
• Suite Foundation, Administrator and ERP Consultant certifications.
